We're inviting all developers with any interest or curiousity in Erlang to come to an open evening for beginners and experienced users alike.

Hosted by Michael Connors, co-founder of Erlang User Group in Ireland, the evening will comprise of 2 talks by Gustav Simonsson, an enthusiast amongst the Erlang community in Europe.


Talk 1: "Tjena Erlang"
Subtitle: Introduction to Erlang for Erlang, Python and Ruby developers.
Time: 6:45 - 7:30

Talk 2: How is Swedish heavy metal related to Erlang?
Subtitle: They're not! But we'll tell you about implementing k-d trees in Erlang using proper and eprof/fprof.
Time: 7:45 - 8:30

Après-erlang: some more informal chat in the nearby Gingerman pub.
